About Us

pan-African is a space for Africans in the diaspora to find solutions, community and a sense of belonging.

About pan-African

Bridging the gap between Africa and the diaspora

The dominant narrative of Africa presents it as the home of poverty, disease, conflict and corruption.

Africa is not a country; and it’s not a ‘single story’ of dependent people. It is an exciting continent of 54 distinct countries. We aim to provide content that elevates the uniqueness and beauty of our fascinating and complex continent. Content that gives you the space to be not just an African, but a proud African.

Support for Black-Owned Businesses

pan-African’s other purpose is to support black-owned businesses through its unique business directory. Readers of pan-African’s content can browse the directory straight from the homepage. And our business owners enjoy their exposure to thousands of potential customers.
